During a recent AB Transport Group fleet event, Dennis Wetenkamp (CEO AB Transport Group) and Michiel Kuijs (European Sales Director DAF Trucks) signed an agreement for the delivery of 750 new DAF trucks in 2023 and 2024.

Agricultural expert Arvesta has entered into a partnership with AB Texel Group in order to further professionalise its animal feed transport activities. As of 1 October, Belgian subsidiary AB Texel Feed Belgium will take over the animal feed transport performed by Arvesta. The collaboration and acquisition are in line with AB Texel Group's strategy to grow in the animal feed transport sector, and to enter into lasting partnerships.

COMBEX Construction Logistics acquired German company MAY Transporte GmbH on 5 May 2022. The acquisition represents a considerable expansion of the German activities of AB Transport Group’s Construction Logistics Division. It is also in line with the strategy of also being a strong player on the German market, where it leads through its expertise, capacity and flexibility. Following the addition of MAY Transporte GmbH, the Construction Logistics Division now has some 300 tractor units, more than 500 trailers, 375 staff, and multiple regular charters.
